SparkPool send 「Transaction File-extremely confidential」to mining address(Email)
Use tool to generate receipt file, then upload 「receipt file」to SparkPool
SparkPool transfer to users: Once we receive 「receipt file」, we start to transfer.
Complete transfer. You can check your balance in the tool.
Download grin wallet by yourself.
Go to revenue page，you can click withdraw button if there is one.（SparkPool will generate a bill for each user whose unpaid balance is above payout threshold）
After submit withdraw request，status will be come「Applied」
Our system will send an email to you, please wait for several minutes. If you don't receive it, please check in the trash. Our sending email:
If email sent successfully, the button will become the next status.
Notice: the attachment xxx.json in email is your Grin, if the file is lost or revealed, maybe you will lose your coins.
3. Upload receipt file
Use the method supplied by Grin official to generate「receipt file」and upload on income page.
By now, the system already sent 「transaction file」to your email. You can use wallet to complete your withdraw.
4. Complete withdraw
If you send receipt file successfully, it means you have finished your withdrawal request. You can check your balance later. Now the status will be "In process"(page update may have a little latency). Please wait a moment and don't repeat submit.
5. Check your balance
Wait for a while and you can see balance.

2. I have finished my withdraw, but the status doesn't change.
Status update may have a little latency, wait for a while then refresh the website. Please don't submit again, this may lead bill to be abnormal.
3. I can't receive email.
Please add our email： to whitelist or check trash.
If you clicked「withdraw」and status became「upload receipt file 」, but you couldn't receive email after 30 minutes, please contact customer service.
